Click on the Software link to download and install the software.

The Office 365 Settings page will open.

Click once on the Gear icon in the upper, right-hand corner and choose the Office 365 Settings option.

The Install Office on your PC page will open.

Type your NetID in the Username field, your Georgetown University password in the Password field, and click on the OK button.

You will be redirected to a login page.

Do not type anything in the second (password) field.

When the Office 365 page opens, type in the first field.

The University is offering up to five licenses per Law Center community member. Please also see the Office 365 - Known Issues KB document to see if the issue you are experiencing is known and a resolution has not been found.The University offers Microsoft Office 365, a cloud-based version of the Microsoft Office desktop suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote and OneDrive.

Resolution: Recreate the OneNote notebook by exporting the problematic notebook and importing it back into your OneNote account.
